The Armed Forces Day at Remington Park will salute active and former members of these United States service branches: – Army – Navy – Air Force – Marines – Coast Guard – National Guard – U.S. Space Force

Each service branch will be honored with their own race during the afternoon. Those who have served will be invited to the winner’s circle for their respective race. All service members, past and present, will be encouraged to enter prize drawings that will take place after each of the recognition races.

Remington Park racing will begin at Noon on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 20. The second jewel of Thoroughbred racing’s Triple Crown, the Preakness Stakes, will also be featured via simulcast from Pimlico in Baltimore as part of the proceedings, in addition to the live racing program.
