Conservation starts with you! The Oklahoma City Zoo’s education team continues its popular Conservation Club for young nature enthusiasts. This monthly series will teach your young conservationists, ages 8 to 13, how to make the planet a place where wildlife and wild places thrive through hands-on activities, chats with experts and expeditions throughout the OKC Zoo. The focus for November’s program is “Leaf It Be” – jump into the world of decomposers to learn how these tiny critters help the world go 'round, set to take place on Saturday, November 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pre-registration required.
